Terms & Conditions

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Reynolds Pools ("COMPANY," "we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Reynolds Pools.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service or to impose new conditions on the use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms of Service, as modified.

Service Limitations

Pool equipment, surfaces, and components vary in age, condition, and prior maintenance history. While we take every precaution to perform quality work, Reynolds Pools cannot and will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, deterioration, or failure of aging equipment, plaster, tile, or other pool surfaces discovered during or after service. Some repairs may reveal additional underlying issues that were not visible prior to beginning work.

Equipment & Parts

When repairs or installations require parts or equipment, Reynolds Pools will make reasonable efforts to source quality, manufacturer-recommended components. Warranties on parts and equipment are subject to the manufacturer's terms, not Reynolds Pools. Labor warranties, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of service.

Chemical Balancing

Pool chemistry is affected by many factors including weather, usage, and water source. Reynolds Pools will balance chemicals according to industry standards during each service visit, but we cannot guarantee water conditions between visits and are not responsible for damage caused by factors outside our control.

Access & Safety

Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the pool and equipment areas. Reynolds Pools reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if access is obstructed.
